Workforce Studies and Initiatives
In 2018 the Greater Augusta Regional Chamber of Commerce, identified a need to conduct a wage and benefit survey of the Greater Augusta Region and its surrounding communities. The Chamber made the decision to expand the reach of the project to include the counties and cities on either side of the Greater Augusta region. The final result is a document in four parts; one report for the entire greater region and three micro-region reports. The extended area surveyed includes Lexington, Rockbridge County, Buena Vista, Highland County, Shenandoah County, Page County, and Harrisonburg-Rockingham.
